Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders across India. Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours; delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Initiate a return from your account or email us.
Warranty
Every Maktune warranty covers manufacturing defects. Cover runs from the date of delivery and follows the component, whether it arrived fitted to a chair or was bought as a spare part.
- Castors (wheels) — 10 years
- Frame, base, gas lift, tilt mechanism, tilt lever and armrests — 2 years
- Seat and armrest cushions — 2 years, against manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is not a claim.
- Mesh back — 1 year
Wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, and damage caused by improper assembly or misuse are not covered.
To claim, email your order ID and a photograph of the fault to support@maktune.com. We assess within 5 business days, and approved replacement parts dispatch within 24 hours.
