Pricing and product information
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes, including GST. Prices and specifications may change without notice; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We may decline an order due to stock limits, pricing errors, or delivery constraints — you’ll be notified and refunded in full within 24 hours.
Payment
Full payment is required before dispatch, except where Cash on Delivery is selected. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free across India on all products. Delivery timelines per our Shipping & Returns page are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. Returns are governed by our 10-day easy returns policy on the same page.
Warranty
Maktune products are warranted against manufacturing defects on terms that differ by component: 10 years on castors; 2 years on the frame, base, gas lift, tilt mechanism, tilt lever and armrests; 1 year on the mesh back. Seat and armrest cushions are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects only.
Cover runs from the date of delivery and follows the component, whether it was supplied fitted to a chair or as a spare part. Wear and tear, accidental or deliberate damage, and damage caused by improper assembly or misuse are excluded. Claims require proof of purchase. The current table is published on our Support page.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
