Information we collect
At checkout we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number — what’s needed to process and deliver your order, nothing more.
Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Card and banking details go to them directly; we never store them on our servers.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, time on site). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Email list
The launch-notification list is opt-in. One email per new product launch — no weekly promotions. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is used solely for order fulfilment, customer service, and legal compliance.
Data deletion
Request deletion of your personal data at support@maktune.com. We action requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. tax records).
