Delivery coverage and timelines
Shipping is free across India, on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. We deliver to 6,000+ pin codes. Metros: 3–5 business days. Everywhere else: 5–7 business days.
Order tracking
Every order includes a tracking link. You’ll see when your chair is packed, when it leaves the Pune factory, and when it’s out for delivery. Tracking questions: support@maktune.com.
10-day easy returns
You have 10 days from delivery to return your order — whether it arrived damaged or defective, or you simply changed your mind, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Send photos (and ideally an unboxing video — it fast-tracks any damage claim) with your order number to support@maktune.com.
What we cannot accept
Used or assembled chairs can’t be returned for change of mind, on hygiene grounds. Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse is not covered by the returns policy.
Spares shipping
Every part we manufacture is stocked in Pune. Spares dispatch within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2–3 business days. Free shipping applies to spares too.
Warranty claims
Email photos and your purchase invoice to support@maktune.com. Assessment within 5 business days; approved replacement parts dispatch within 24 hours.
Cover is against manufacturing defects and differs by component: 10 years on castors; 2 years on the frame, base, gas lift, tilt mechanism, tilt lever and armrests; 1 year on the mesh back. Seat and armrest cushions are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects only — wear and tear is not a claim. Cover follows the component, whether it was supplied fitted to a chair or bought as a spare. The full table is on our Support page.
